Dilly Dally Coffee Co is a locally owned business in Bend, Oregon. The name "Dilly Dally" came from the run, Dilly Dally Alley on Mt. Bachelor. Dilly Dally Alley was the first ski run Jack, the owner of the shop, had ever gone down. While brainstorming a name for the shop, Jack wanted a name that would stand out, especially to the locals in town, and Dilly Dally seemed appropriate. In May of 2023, Dilly Dally opened it's doors! Dilly Dally currently serves Thump Coffee but hopes to start roasting in 2024.
